We offer both self-diagnostics assessments used in the beginning of coaching programs, as well as industry-specific candidate/employee English Communication Assessments that are used in partnership with your Recruiting Department.

* Personal Communication Skills Assessment – helps you understand through self-diagnostics where your communication strengths and weaknesses are, for both interpersonal and professional communications. This is currently available as a free download when you sign up with our 3VC newsletter.
* Advanced ESL Assessment – determines how proficient an ESL user is in communicating in English for the North American workplace or school. This assessment goes beyond grammar, spelling and writing.
* Pronunciation & Accent Assessment – determines a non-native English speaker’s strengths & weaknesses in clear speech of North American pronunciation, stress and delivery.
* Personal Confidence Assessment – determines through self-diagnostics your strengths and weaknesses regarding personal and professional confidence, as well as confidence in communicating with others.
* English Communication Assessment – a recruitment tool used to assess how proficient a candidate is in both formal and informal North American English. Candidates are tested in the areas of grammar, spelling, writing, reading comprehension, idioms & slang, speaking and listening comprehension. Can be converted into an industry-specific assessment and tailored to your organization.
